Note: TDF is an NPO in existence since 2005, and owned by members of the board of FEDANSA (Federation of DANCE SPORT SOUTH AFRICA) since 1989, and now joined aboard SADTA (SOUTH AFRICAN DANCE TEACHERS ASSOCIATION). The reason why we request ticket payments prior to competition is because we are indeed a solo foundation with NO SUPPORT NOR OFFICIAL SPONSOR as yet, hence, payments for venue, prize monies, sms competition line, etc. is a form of preparation for our events. We ask managers, parents, etc. to please understand our vision.

In consideration of acceptance of our entry, I, the undersigned am legally bound for my crew, and I and hereby waive and release project “Pinnacle Skillz” South Africa & License Owners, its sponsors, host venues and all persons and agencies connected with this competition from all claims for damages arising from our participation in and travel to and from this competition, including without limitation, personal injury.
